Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was filled with ups and downs. The location is absolutely fantastic, right along the Shimano River next to the Bandai Bridge, with a vibrant atmosphere during local festivals. The service was generally nice, but I was disappointed when they didn't honor the discount my organization had arranged. The dining experience was amazing with a diverse selection, though the room was hot and stuffy with no ventilation, sadly a common issue in Japan.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The rooms, though spacious, have definitely seen better days, and despite being larger than most in Japan, there was an odd placement issue with my assigned room. The key card entry was convenient, but I was disappointed that the room next to mine, which was also free, wasn't offered to me. The service was excellent overall, with a good understanding of Italian dishes and a welcoming attitude, but I was let down when the hotel refused to honor my organization's discount without explanation. The location, right along the Shimano River near the Bandai Bridge, was convenient and offered easy access to shopping and dining options. The dining experience was a bit biased towards Japanese tastes, though they did offer some options for my western palate. Unfortunately, the facilities didn't live up to expectations. Despite these drawbacks, I found the price to be quite reasonable for what was offered.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and some drawbacks. The rooms, although not very spacious, were adequate for a family and had a lovely view of the river. The service was a bit disappointing as they did not honor a discount arrangement and the dedication was inconsistent. The location, right along the Shinano River, was ideal with a lively feel but lacked clarity on certain festival arrangements. The dining experience offered a good variety of dishes, mixing local and western food. The facilities were decent, but there were a few misses that affected the overall experience.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly clean and spacious by Japanese standards, exceeding my expectations. The service was outstanding, from the bellhops to the front desk staff who went above and beyond to assist me. The location along the Shimano River was simply perfect, offering a taste of traditions and manners that are often overlooked. The dining experience at the Tsubaki coffeeshop was a delightful mix of Japanese flavors and Western options. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, though not very spacious, had a lovely view of the river and were equipped with decent amenities. However, the lack of ventilation made the rooms feel hot and stuffy. The service was friendly overall with a good understanding of Italian dishes, but there were some communication issues in English. The location, next to the historical Bandai Bridge, was convenient for exploring nearby restaurants and shopping areas. The dining experience in the lobby restaurant was delightful, offering a wide selection of local produce dishes. The facilities were satisfactory.
